ok...im running windows xp pro edition and when i try to login to my computer...even on safe mode (or ANY optional mode offered)...i get an error message that says with a blue screen....


Stop : c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The windows login process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000080 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

ive done some research searching on google but nothing seems to help...

i recently got a new video card but the computer was working fine for 3 or 4 days and now it has this error message...

if u or anyone have any possible answer u can email me at rmilner13@yahoo.com or reply on this...but dont give me any answers that involve logging into the computer and uninstalling something or reinstalling something...CUZ I CANT!...lol

If you have your old video card, try swapping the new one out and see if you still get that error....

depending on your video card, make sure you install directX 9 before installing the drivers. It's more than likely a driver issue, possibly brought on by installing or running a new game that needs the newer drivers.
