what kinda of error is that? please help

you wanna tell us what application it is. and post a screenshot. sounds like outlook to me but still post a screenshot of the error.

oh i am sorry microsoft outlook 2003 how do i post a sceernshot? i will do it if ou cantell me how

there is a print screen - sysrq button at the top right of your keyboard press that once then paste into an image program such as irfanview or paint save it as a jpeg and post it.
