I am looking for a software

HI:
my job is to find the errors in all text files and make sure they are the same, I don't know why my company don't want to copy and paste and they make me keep typing the same document every day so I need a software that can compare 2 or more text files to see what is different between them, I have search over the internet but it seens they don't have that kind software. if anybody knew any that kind software please reply

Just open a pane window in Microsoft Word. Two documents on one screen.

But, then he'll have to visually compare them. Why wouldn't you just copy/paste?
