What do I do after I download the Powermax Cd.iso file?

burn it to cd with nero, alcohol 120, daemon tools or roxio. Burn it as a image file

Now you gotta start all over again going that way. Just stick with the bootdisk and you will be fine. Just put the floppy in, reboot, you may need to go into the bios and tell your pc to boot from the floppy, maybe not.

just download the floppy disc. it is still simpler than the bootdisc route

I am getting confused reading that Microsoft Support Article. And when I was writing the bootdisk to my floppy, some error message came up saying that there were

Disk error on track 1, head 1...Error in reading

It gave me the option to ignore the error, so I did. Will it still work even though I hit ignore?

Insert your floppy, go to "My Computer", right click on your floppy drive and choose "format". Once you have a newly formatted disc then try the PowerMax utility again.

Is there any chance that Drive Overlay Program is installed on my computer? Also do I want a FAT16 File System or a FAT32 File System?

How to Tell If Drive Overlay Program Is Installed in Windows

You will want to choose NTFS for your file system only if you do not plan on dual booting with 95/98/ME as they do not support NTFS.
