Default huge hangup at "Starting up"

i got a new motherboard and videocard so i had to reinstall windows, but now it says "windows is starting up" for like a minute...anyone know a common cause? i cant seem to find one

Sounds like a buggy driver...what happens after 1 minute or so?

If you haven't installed everything you might want to reformat the drive and start from scratch. It could be a bad install of windows. it happens.

You can also try Bootvis to see what drive is hanging. once your done useing it, uninstall it.

Is this the machine in your sig? If everything is overclocked that could cause problems.

no thats not the problem it was regular clocked (video card defaultly clocked) but the bootvis had a enourms bar at the "Logon Serv" or somthing like that

once you get into windows, go to msconfig, startup, click disable all and reboot and see if it still hangs

well i ended up just formating lsat night, everything works great
