HP PSC-2410 keeps on losing alignment

hello

i have got an HP PSC2410, and it keeps on losing alignment. the printouts that i get out of it are angled.

do i fix it by printing a test page?

You should either have to print a test page or in the printer properties you should be able to do a printer alignment.

i printed a test page. So by clicking the printer test page on the printers property i have aligned the page automatically.

Not necessarly. Some printers have a Test page that prints, while others have a alignment page that prints. The alignment page has all these lines on it. You choose the line that is the straightest from all the groups and that helps align your printer.

Some of the newer printers dont ahve the alignment settings so printing a test page should help.
