how to setup a AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 245 2.90GHz DDR3 System

i was just wondering if anyone knows how to setup one, because mine just gos to the screen that says safe mode, start windows normally etc. and whichever you click the computer just reboots itself.

Yeah it sounds like your trying to say that your Windows boot is messed up. But we need more information. Like what version of Windows you are using and what happened right before this error.
