have you recently installed any new devices, USB ect..? It's most likely not overheating as it wouldn't give such an obvious BSOD and would just reboot

If you think it is a RAM error run MemTest86.

download the .iso format and burn it with ImgBurn.

Let it run for at leas 4 hours and if it comes up with errors then you have bad RAM and should get a RMA for the system to get it replaced.

Haven't installed any new USB devices.

Although I plugged in my Lacie 320 GB HD for the first time yesterday.

Let the memtest run for 20 cycles. No errors were found.

So it is not a RAM issue. could just be something has infected the system. I would suggest going through Osiris's Guide.
