how to search a word in a document within a directory?

I have a folder with all my ebooks.

I'm looking for an ebook which has a few specific words. I don't know which ebook that is unfortunately.

I'm guessing I can use windows search to find that document but I'm not sure how. I know there's an option to change the search capabilities so that rather than just searching file names it searches within files. But I dont want to change how windows searches in general, just this one search. Plus it seems like telling windows to search within files would take a much longer time.

Can anyone advise?

Wouldn't doing this slow down future searches though? Because in this one case I want to search the contents of individual files, but usually I just search the name.
