How to Reinstall Remote Desktop for Win XP Pro?

Anyone know how to fix remote desktop on XP Pro or to reinstall it?

I get the following error when we try to connect.

User Interface Failure

You cannot initiate a Remote Desktop Connection because the Windows logon software on the remote computer has be replaced by incompatible software C:\Winnt\System32\awgina.dll

To correct this problem, please have the administrator of the remote computer contact the program vendor for a version that is compatible with Windows.

Any clues?

I am not sure but try add/remove programs -> windows components

The awgina.dll ur refering to in this case belongs to PcAnywhere.... That's probably why ur not able to use the remote desktop

What i would suggest is .. Try running sfc /scannow from the command line

or u can reinstall PcAnywhere n' then uninstall it properly.
