I am domain admin. How can modify the Local Security Policy of remoter computer in same LAN?

Thanks.

security settings for your machine should be found in group policy editor under computer config | windows settings | security

why don't you just set an new OU in your active directory for that pc, set the security settting and stuff and have them reboot?

Sure, I can found this settings on my local computer. I mean I want to modify it on another pc in same LAN. When I run mmc and add a Snap-in->group policy, and add another computer, but I only can see IP Security Policy on Local Computer under computer config | windows settings | security, can't see Local Policy.

I just want to modify one setting:

Security Settings->Local Policies->User Rights Assignment:
Access this computer from the network

Do you know whether can I modify this settings in Registry of XP?
Because I have Domain Admin right and I can modify Registry romotely, but I cann't modify this setting remotely.

Thanks.
