How to make a CD to USB

sup people iam new to this website and really excited to do research i have 1 question?
i have microsoft office 2003 on a cd now u guys know that cds get scratch so what iam trying to do is transfer all the contents to a usb flashdrive so instead of me using a cd i could install of a flashdrive is this posible?

Not all CD's have the ability to be used on a USB Drive. If you try it you must make sure that you copy all files, including the hidden ones. But for something like this, you would be better off just making an ISO of the disk and storing that on your PC or Backup drive to burn when needed.
