Default How to format without XP boot disk

Does anyone know how to format my hard drive without the XP boot disk.

1) Connect it to another PC . Format it .
2) fdisk in cmd prompt.
how abt ultimate boot cd.

it's easy to format without a disc, but are you planning on reinstalling windows?

There is a format option when you right click on your hard drive that you want to format. But, it never works for me. Unless, now I just thought of it, it might work if you get a program called unlocker and then you can unlock all the things that are stopping you from formating and then you could probably format it.

you can't delete your c drive in windows. you can delete other partitions
