With the 64bit version using the same boot.ini file it should automatically detect the other version and add that into it's own boot configuration. You can even use notepad for rearranging the boot order and having the default changed when saving the changes with the "all files" option not doc or txt format. That will overwrite the original on each version. The msconfig boot order can also be used.
