Default How do you reformat windows, without CD?

Well, I'm helping out his computer becuase his computer seriously beyond help. With tried System Restore but it cant go back all that way. He said he never had a Windows Disk with it so I can't really do anything. Any other way to do this?

www.bootdisk.com use a floppy download windows 98 oem

fdisk

works most of the time. If that fails try a partition magic trial or a killdisk.

Hiren's boot CD is the best tool for multiple functions including yours

yeah go to bootdisk get the program hdpart it kills the harddrive then reboot and run fdisk that creates a partition then format the harddrive get a xp disc and install

call and get the discs from the mfg
