Default How do I turn on "fast write" on my graphics?

It doesn't show up on my BIOS as instructed online. How must one turn on fast write? i'm using the 7600 gs graphics card. Is there another name for fast write? I'm using the latest forceware software from Nvidia

Okay let me ask some simple questions first. Do you have Fast Write? What i mean is are you sure your mother board can even use fast write? IS your gfx card AGP or PCIe? I dont think PCIe cards have it.

If you BIOS doesnt have Fast Write i am guessing that you mother board doesnt support it and there is nothing that can be done.

I don't know if it does. I thought it was video - card related. MY GFX card is AGP.

From everything i have seen ti pertains to your BIOS. In your original post even you said you couldnt find it in your BIOS like you had seen online. Which makes it related to the Video Card. Not all mother boards can use this technology. Plus i think it is older tech since SLi and other things do that already. Espically with PCIe now.
