How do I skip windows chkdsk step?

I dont know what i done b4. But now, my computer always check partition E everytime I switch on my pc. Checking disk is running b4 run into windows. The back ground is blue color. Evrytime i have to press any key to skip this step. Any method to skip this step? thanks.

Where does partition E reside? Also, have you been shutting down your PC properly?

i open my computer for long time around 12 hours per day. then when i knock off from working, i will restart my computer. Everytime i restart, everytime run into chkdsk first.

may be you are not shutting it down properly.
