Default How do I share a folder?

I am running Windows XP and logged on as the Administrator. When I right-click any folder, the "Sharing and Security" option does not show up as expected.

What settings do I need to change for this option to show up?

I have and admin account and a personal account on my XP PRO. This computer is on a network with a workgroup.

I want to share a folder on my desktop, but the "Sharing & Security" option is not there as expected.

I figured it out.

I enabled "Simple File Sharing" in My Computer > Folder Options > View.
