How do I save my movie?

Ok, this question will sound silly and Ive googled it but had no result. Im using Adobe Premier CS3 and I have made my film but I cant find the button which will allow me to save it as a movie file?

Anyone knooow..?

Have you checked under the menus? Like under File>Save as....

File Save As saves it as a Premiere project. Tried File > Export... ?

Does this help any? (I don't Premiere 3)

To render your project in AVI; MPEG format or any other format:
If you don't have your project already opened, click on “Adobe Premiere” on the desktop and find your saved project.
Click anywhere in the my project area, then go to File > Export > Movie. Choose the location to where you would like the project to be saved, and title your movie and click “Save”.
Go to your saved file location and preview your completed video project.
