How do I remove A: and D: from "Send To?"

Thats an easy fix.

What you want to do is navigate to the users profile located in C:\Documents and Settings\User Name

Once there you will want to look for the folder named 'send to.'

In it you will see shortcuts to your A: and D: and whatever else you have.

Simply delete the shortcuts and you're done!

If you don't see the file (it is hidden by default) you will have to make a quick change to the folder views. You can do that by clicking on 'Tools' > 'Folder Options' > 'View' Tab.

And click on View hidden files, and check OFF the 'View System Files' option. then hit OK.

For your convenience, check out the screen shot.

On my computer their not in that folder, it's very strange.

I went to every send to folder in documents and settings with system files and hidden files showing and nada, no A: or D: in any of them. I don't know how my computer is showing A: and D: in Send To when they're not even in the Send To folder.

Any other ideas?

go to run and type %userprofile%\SendTo and the links should be there. This variable will take you to the SendTo folder that's with the profile you're logged in as. If this doesn't work, then i guess you're sunk
