Default How Do I Reformat Pc Completly?

I would like to know how I can reformat my computer 100%.

Erase absolutely everything off the hard drive and any other partitions.

I have a windows XP cd.

Windows XP Home Fresh install from CD

Download powermax or killdisk. Put on floppy or burn as an .iso. Boot to the disk and format away.

Windows xp cd, delete all partitions make new one's and then install the OS. There is additional info at the cd boot menu if any prob.
