how do I monitor BIOS on desktop/toolbar?

Where can I get a program, freeware would be great, that will allow me to monitor my board BIOS on my desktop...mainly CPU and system Temps?

I use motherboard monitor to measure CPU/Case temps. Although I dont think they have been offering updates for quite sometime so if your motherboard is newer it may not be supported.

Lavalys makes a good one too. You should just search the forums though.. this has been discussed ad-nauseum.
