How do I get rid of Yahoo tool bar for good?

My girlfriend's daughter has been using my computer lately and she some how manages to get that **** Yahoo tool bar on my computer. Now I can't seem to get rid of it; I uncheck it up at the top but everytime I start my browser it comes back. I also checked under add/remove programs and it is not listed there. I'm thinking it's embedded in the registry some where.

Go to program files and see if the yahoo folder is there. Delete it. If it does not let you, delete it in safe mode. Post results please.

Try removing it from the Add/Remove programs control panel.

I also checked under add/remove programs and it is not listed there.
