How do I find out what keeps making a service start in Task Manager?

I keep getting WINWORD.exe in my task manager and it grows every second. I know it's not b/c of copy/paste. The only programs I've installed latey are Track4Win (monitoring) and I've already asked them about it, and Pandora internet radio, but it got it's own service going as IE.exe. Any suggestions?

Start>Run>msconfig. Then go under the Startup Tab. That tells you whichs apps load on a boot. Make sure only the ones you want are checked.

how many instances of outlook do you have open?

I only have one instance of outlook open. I have WORD as my emial editor and I know Outlook uses it as I'm writing and email but, it will close Word when you are done with emails. This just stays open and grows in usage faster than anything else. If I just sit here and watch it without touching a key it will go up 3k in 10 seconds. I killed it 10 min ago and it's already back up to 35k in mem usage.
