Default How do i edit my Recovery(D:)?

Recovery(D Is where things are store for when you reformat the compouter? If so, is there a way to edit or like to add things cause i dont have anything to backup files so maybe how can i do it so i can virtualy back up my files for when i reformat the computer?

Just add copys of the files you want to that partition, when you recover/reformat, your files will still be there.

P.s. If you don't have enough space I would suggest gettin' Paragon Partition Manager to make the partition have more space.
