How do I cotrol the mouse with new quad core system?

Sooo Run malwarebytes and spybot search and destroy, if problems persist post a hijackthis log.

At the end of the day it may just be easier to try another mouse..

I'm doing all of this now including the mouse but I want the better mouse in this system.

after a bunch of wasted time with that, I said the **** with it and reformatted the computer. everything is fine now including the mouse
