How do I change the color the tasbar flashes in XP?

For example, the flash when I get an IM from someone on AIM. The tasbar button thing will flash orange. I want to change this color - is it possible?

i know it was possible in windows 9x

try this

right click desktop, properties, appearance, advanced, drop down menu --> selected, change color, click apply.

hmm...works in windows 2003, but thats prolly just because its the classic interface, anyway, i couldnt get the title bar color to change in luna either. wonder if it works in vista
