Is it possible to disable the tooltips (ie the little yellow boxes
that popup when you hold your mouse over items)? They also come up when I am using IE 6 . They come up on website backgrounds, links thumbnails, ...etc
Never happened until recently. Can anyone help because it makes navigating horrendous ?
