well, try the tools, and see if you can delete everything that needs to be gone

damn it !
i have tried ,but still can not delete ,and none process is using it .
when i entry in server2003,i can not delete it too

crying ..
anyone help me ?

have u tried booting in safe mode? or if that won't work booting with disks or boot cd and try the deleting in "dos mode".

If it is a hidden file you need to go to the view section and check "show hidden files". Secondly, go into safe mode without networking and try to delete the file there. Why are you deleting this file? Is it causing system problems? If everything is kosher......................leave it alone!

download the program Process Explorer from www.sysinternals.com
that will allow you to find a handle to the file. Then you can find what is accessing it.

(it is 0KB,will there is a file whose size is 0 KB?)
