how to convert RAW partition to NTFS.

i have a 80gb hard disk in my pc. While formatting (i did some weired things it seems) with fdisk C:drive came as 40gb NTFS and D:drive appears as 40gb RAW. how can i convert this in to NTFS.

Right click 'My Computer' > Go to "Manage..." > on the left side of the window go to Disk Management > on the right side of the window find the drive with the RAW partition. Right click it, and you should be able to format it from there.
