Default How to Communicate Data Between Linux and Windows

Can any one out there tell me what I need to do to share files between a Mandrake 10.0 HDD and a Windows 2000 Pro. NTFS HDD. Thanks for your help in advance.

Also, will someone please tell me where I can find drivers for things such as wireless network cards to connect to the internet?

Once they are on the same computer all you need to do is create fat32 partition to share files. That should be it linux cant see ntfs partitions.

Have you checked the manufacturers website?

OH! ok, thanks. linux is so confusing! where can i find drivers for my Microsoft Wireless Network Card?

Ummm, well its by Microsoft, I dont think they will support linux in any way, u kno?

Oh, I did not know you meant drivers for linux. My mistake. Have you tried googling it?

actually, when accessing across a network the fat table has NOTHING to do with file sharing. Its in the o/s. Just remember the 7 layers, they take care of the translations. So the fat table will have nothing to do with it. If using Linux and Win to file share and print share, use something like Samba.
