how to change BIOS settings???

ok ok ok, i know you are all probably just waiting to jump on this one, but their is a catch, Is their anyway possible to change these setting from windows???? im talking while the OS is running.

And if there is a tool out there that does it, I am not aware of it.

you have to reboot and go to the BIOS setup, not when you have an OS running
