Default How can I hide a program?

Hi,
I got a program that I always need to run and it's sitting in the task bar... I don't really like that it's there, is there some way that I can hide it? Like some sort of software that would do that...

No not the quick launch bar... just a sec I'll do a picture:

There, I want to hide that program... so, if anyway know a method that will hide any program... because if I right click on the "13" in the TRAY (the right side) it's just exit the program.
