Question How can I get desktop wallpaper to show for all users?

I work in a computer lab on a collge campus, and we would like to have the lab rules display on the desktop of all our pc's (running XP Pro).
We have a .gif of our rules, and I can log in as administrator and set it as the wallpaper, but whenever another user logs in it reverts to the default wallpaper.
How can I set our wallpaper as the default?

Thanks in advance!

You need a network utility that you can set the policies with. Check to see if your server's OS comes with one. If not you may be able to find a free 'policy editor' online that suits your needs.

Hope this helps.

Long way to do it, but will work for a fact LOL =)
Just replace all their wallpapers/or default in the folder of /Documents and Settings/User/ for each user or just default - then there would be your pic by default.

U'll need to use a Console Policy editor ... Here u can setup an Active desktop page for all users ..n' deny them rights to change wallpaper
