Default How can I format a uncompleted windows xp system?

I'm having problems installing xp and I want to start over from a fresh format but I can't figure out how to do it.

Do you mean that, when you try to do it via the XP cd, it won't let you?

It says object name not found. Then when I click OK it restarts. So I just want to format the drive and start over. But I only know how to format in DOS.

Just pop in the XP install CD and choose install when you choose a install location click "d" on the install location then "l" I think to re formate that partition.
