as the title says... I'm using a screengrabbing utility called hoversnap. It's worked well for me, for just about 4 years, and now suddenly it's acting up... that's not to say I haven't made a lot of changes to my system in that time, but it's still rather difficult to troubleshoot.
What the utility does is monitor the prtscr function and save the file as a .JPG to the desktop. It's worked well for a long time, but now, taking screenshots of games, such as GRID, in 1920x1200 (plus a secondary monitor, which gets dumped along with it) is causing it to drop this error, and then kill the printscreen function of windows until I reboot; even quitting hoversnap, printscreen will no longer dump to the clipboard normally.
I know I'm not "out of storage"; I have 4GB of RAM, 4GB of pagefile, and 400GB of free space on the drive... so why is it not able to process the command?
