Default Hotmail problem, anyone with feedback please....

Hi all,

Hey, I have 3 hotmail accounts, now when I go into my emails, it won't allow me to delete them by checking the box off, or if you have alot of emails usually if you check the main box at the top it will automatically check off all the boxes/emails that are in that list, so that you can delete, move to a folder, ect. Well my hotmail acounts aren't allowing me to do that, in order for me to delet an email I have to click on the email as if I was going to read it and individually select delete at the top, I'm just wondering if this is a hotmail problem for other users also, or if it's something else, any feedback would be great, thanks!

Another browser may help, also give searching through their help section a try. You never know what kind of information can be found in there until you look.

this might work, but i don't know which browser u're using. I use IE.

Try this and if it doesn't work , redo it....I don't know what the rest think, but comments are welcomed...

Click Tools, Internet Options, Security Tab, Custom Level.

Looks for "Run Active X controls and plugins"

Disable that......This prevents msn messenger to communicate with hotmail i think, which is the reason problems appear within hotmail. ....Like I said, this might work...
