Default Home Folder in AD Server 2003

Hi.
I'm trying to setup home folders for user on the network.
I've created the shared folder that will store the folders.

I've gone into AD username properties, profile
I've connected that user to the share R \\server\users\username

when I login as that user it has created the space but the folder is just called 'username' is there someway I can customise this with the users name?

Many Thanks
Hermann

Well, sounds like your permissions are setup fine, did you actually name the folder 'username' though or %username%?
