do you have an antivirus boot floppy? or can you run the online scan at antivirus.com? seems like disabling norton av would be the first thing a virus writer would wanna do.

hi dhsrcjh,
try this
type netsh in the cmd prompt
-get the help for the -:Clearing the ARP Cache by Using the Arp Tool.

netsh interface ip delete arpcache

this is the tested solution.*

Just what is the ARP tool? netsh takes me to the cmd prompt. Not sure where to go from there.

Just got 2 error messages in Norton, 3029.19 and 3023.5
I went through the process from Norton to take care of the 3029.19
Norton says they don't have a fix for the 3023.5
I keep getting that and Norton won't let me use auto protect and won't check my email messages. Uninstalled Norton and my history now works again.
Down with Norton, am looking for something else to replace it. Just bought Systemworks 2004 and it is just junk.
