Hijack This Help! i have a lotta crap- which ones are bad??

Ok I need some help just getting rid of anything i don't need. Can anyone tell me which ones are useless/can be started only if needed. I want to make my emachines computer faster. I really hate programs that start automatically if i don't need them. I don't use messenger a lot. Thank you lots

Why are you using Hijack This to edit programs that start up? There is a much simpler way to do this.

Click Start > Run > msconfig > click the startup tab

There you can edit all of those pesky programs that start when you log in.

Also just use AD-Aware SE to search for adware. Hijack this very complicated and really should only be used if you have a real problem.
