Hibernation Problem

Have a customer who said his laptop went into hibernation, when he tried to turn it back on, it powered up, but there is no image, after many reboots, still no image, any help, thanks

sounds like a bummed monitor. make sure its turned on. otherwise id prolly call the manufacturer
