Hi,
My laptop is running Win2KPro. A while ago, after some application installation (don't recall which) I lost the option to hibernate. It's not in the power options, and not to be found anywhere.
Since I hardly used this option anyway I did not cry over it and did not reinstall the OS, but how can I delete the hiberfil.sys to free up the diskspace it occupies?
Back then I found a tip on the net that showed how to change a key in the registry to disable the creation of the file, but I have lost the instructions, and the file is back again.
Can someone help me get rid of this file please?
Thanks!
