HI-D folder reappearing on my desktop !!!???

theres has been a really annoying folder on my desktop called "HI-D" that i keep deleting every day and it keeps appearing again but its empty

i dono where it came from in the first place and why it keeps popping up im not home all day so i cant really see when it appears is there anyway to trace what programm or file created it and why?

ok so its created by windows media player every time i play a video

does it have something to do with divx plugins?
