You could try reseting the cmos by opening up the pc, there is a battery in there( a little metallic disk). then with pc unplugged hold power button in till light comes on then goes out. Put battery in and reboot. This will set your mobo back to default settings. You will have to do updates and reinstall drivers afterward. It may work it might not. i believe you problem lies with a corrupted update, which does happen.
Unless anyone's got a better idea. Not much you can do without use of mouse or key board.
