Default Help Screens

I am constantly getting help screens popping up in windows and any other program I am in. I can't figure out how to disable the screens for popping up, and they don't seem to be specific to the operating system or any program.

What do you mean by helping screens. Be specific please. Post ScreenShot if you got?
