Help please....Microsoft Works problem

I am having a problem with my Microsoft Works, when I open the program, I have to go to G Drive, go to Group Data, then a few other files to get to my spreadsheets which is not a problem, but once I close one spreadsheet it closes all of Microsoft, so if I want to open another spreadsheet in Works, I have to go through the same process G Drive, Group Data etc.

Somebody please help quickly....

to close the spreadsheet either click File | close or click the X in the menubar; the lower of the two.

there should be a setting for the default folder to oopen/save files to. look through options, maybe under tools in the menubar, and look for file location or the like. Set that to the directory with your spreadsheets so you dont have to search any more. I dont have works installed so i cant provide detailed instructions
