HELP my computer hates me !

I found my computer in the gateway website... but I cannot determine what sound card I have... under my device manager it says "mulitmedia audio controller"

and the only 2 options on gateways website are for sounds max or sound blaster... I downloaded both but I can't get iether one to install from the device manage driver page...

what should I do ?
