Help Me Very Annoying Thing.

I have 2 mouse cursors, one is fixed and doesn't move other is one I am using.

Can someone tell me how to get rid of it?

I just formatted pc and its now there.

I think what he meens is one is froze on the screen and the other one moves , like a screenshot of the mouse stuck in that place , but the real mouse works , am i right?
