but didint really get the table so maybe someone can help i wanna get rid of as many services as possible:

im connectign thru the net via a wireless LAN (router) and i play online games. just want to know what i can get rid of and still play games n not mess my LAN up..or explain the table in that url a bit better?

What do you not get about it? It seem quite simple imo.
Follow the 'safe' config if your not sure.

"SAFE" Configuration ~ This is the configuration that 95% of the people will be able to use with little side effects. It will also minimizes the amount of "errors" that is reported in the Event Viewer. This does NOT guarantee it will work for you, but if you are scared, this configuration should be a good starting point.

so if it says disable under safe i can disable it? and manual i do what? and auto?

disable - disable it
manual - set as manual
auto - set as auto
