Help Me Get Rid of These Processes!

I am trying to get as few processes as possible running when I start the computer but am not sure what I need and what I don't. I've already gotten rid of the stuff I know I don't need and gotten my processes down to 43, but I can do better. I have posted my HJT log so anybody can use that to help me.

Here is a list of the services you can disable,

Just be careful when messing with DHCP Client because you can disable your internet.
Also most of the processes that are currently running on your system could be due to registry keys under HKLM\Run and HKCU\Run, delete these keys and reboot to free up memory. I posted a screenshot a while back of my system running fine with only 10 processes.

no, msconfig doesn't...services.msc should werk but u can also acces the services with start>settings>management
